Important Notes:

  • A $225 deposit may be required for residential service.
  • A $55 activation fee is required.
  • Bluebonnet’s Member Agreement must be signed.
  • Existing service starts 1-3 business days after we contact you. For service at a new location, please allow time for line design and construction. Please review what we do and what you’ll need for your initial staking appointment here.
  • We need member’s date of birth, driver's license number and Social Security number.
  • If there is currently a meter at the location, we will need the meter number.
  • If no meter currently exists, we need the pole number of where the meter should be placed.
  • If moving into an apartment complex, please be prepared to provide a copy of the lease indicating the apartment number.
