Paying Your BillThere are six ways you can pay your monthly electric bill:

You can make payments after-hours in night deposit boxes located at each of our Member Service Centers. Please provide the account number with your bill stub and a daytime phone number. DO NOT PUT CASH INTO THE NIGHT DEPOSIT BOX. Bluebonnet is not responsible for cash left in night deposit boxes. By MailTo pay your electric bill by mail, simply send your payment to:

By TelephoneTo pay your electric bill by telephone, call our Member Service phone number, (800)842-7708, and select your method of payment. Member Service Representatives are available during normal business hours to help you pay your bill by credit card or E Check. You may also use our automated Integrated Voice Recognition (IVR) system 24 hours a day, seven days a week using your MasterCard® or Visa®. Paperless BillBluebonnet continually looks for way to improve our service to the member. One of our newest options is “paperless bill.” No longer would you receive a paper bill through the mail. Each month you would receive an e-mail notification from Bluebonnet stating your bill is ready to view and pay.
