Paying Your Bill
There are seven ways you can pay your monthly electric bill:

Online
To pay your bill online:
- visit www.bluebonnetelectric.coop;
- select the link for Online Bill Pay - Login/Enrollment;
- complete the Online Bill Pay enrollment form to establish a user name and password. To learn more click here.
Using Our Mobile App
To pay your bill using our mobile app:
- visit www.bluebonnetelectric.coop and click on the mobile app banner at the top of the page, or click here
- click on the link to the iTunes Store or Google Play, depending on your device, and download the app
- click on the payment button at the bottom of the app
By Telephone
To pay your electric bill by telephone, call our Member Service phone number, (800)842-7708, and select your method of payment. Member Service Representatives are available during normal business hours to help you pay your bill by credit card or E Check. You may also use our automated Integrated Voice Recognition (IVR) system 24 hours a day, seven days a week using your MasterCard®, Discover® or Visa®.
Ahora con la opción añadida de comunicación español, sistema de reconocimiento de voz interactiva (IVR) del Bluebonnet es más fácil de usar que antes. IVR fue introducido en enero de 2009 y ofrece a personas que llaman la opción de hablar o con tonos de toque para las respuestas y ofrece a los miembros de las opciones de efectuar un pago o de comprobación de un proyecto de ley equilibrio y fecha de vencimiento, junto con miembros Service Center ubicaciones y horas de operación.

Recurring Credit Card
To pay your electric bill with a Visa, Discover, or MasterCard:
- you will still receive a monthly bill, showing the amount that will automatically be charged to your credit card and what date it will be processed;
- complete a Credit Card Authorization form - also available at one of our Member Service Centers; and
- return the completed form to our office with a valid signature.

Bank Draft
To pay your electric bill by automatic bank draft:
- you will still receive a monthly bill, showing the amount of the bank draft and what date it will be processed;
- complete a Bank Draft Authorization form - also available at one of our Member Service Centers; and
- return the completed form to our office, along with a voided check from your checking account.

You can make payments after-hours in night deposit boxes located at each of our Member Service Centers. Please provide the account number with your bill stub and a daytime phone number. DO NOT PUT CASH INTO THE NIGHT DEPOSIT BOX. Bluebonnet is not responsible for cash left in night deposit boxes.

Paperless Billing
Bluebonnet continually looks for way to improve our service to the member. One of our newest options is “paperless bill.” No longer would you receive a paper bill through the mail. Each month you would receive an e-mail notification from Bluebonnet stating your bill is ready to view and pay.
