Texas Gov. Rick Perry is serving as grand marshal of Round Top’s 2010 Fourth of July parade, joining a slew of politicians who have celebrated Independence Day in the tiny burg through the years. Perry will be a guest speaker and lead the parade believed to be the oldest continuous Fourth of July parade west of the Mississippi. The hour-long parade includes more than 125 entries including floats, a brass band, horses, antique cars and tractors and Conestoga wagons. Here are a few photos from previous parades.
